Description
On the front side of the Mens silver cross pendant in the center, according to tradition, is the Crucifixion of the Lord Jesus Christ. To the left of the Lord is the holy noble prince Alexander Nevsky, to the right the holy noble prince Dimitri Donskoy. The holy princes are revered as the patrons of warriors and protectors from physical and mental enemies. Above the Crucifixion is the image of Metropolitan of Moscow Saint Alexy. He is revered as an assistant in raising children and a healer, especially for eye diseases. Below is an icon of St. Sergius of Radonezh, the great miracle worker and healer. He is addressed in various diseases, difficult life situations, as well as when children have learning difficulties. In the center of the back side is Archangel Michael. The mighty Archangel is revered as the patron saint of warriors and all those faithful to God and leading the struggle against the forces of evil, as well as the protector of the souls of the dead, the guardian of the gates of paradise. Above him, the blessing right hand is a sign of the presence of God. Around the symbols of the four evangelists: the eagle (John), the lion (Mark), the bull (Luke) and the angel (Matthew).
