Description
In Orthodox tradition a Guardian Angel is given to every person at baptism and keeps them unseen throughout life. The icon hangs over a child's bed, is given to godchildren and stands beside the icon of one's patron saint.
At 8 x 11 cm it fits a shelf, a bedside table or a desk. It comes in a gift box and makes a good christening present.
The base is brown MDF, with 999 silver applied by physical vapour deposition (PVD), and the image keeps the traditional colours of icon painting. Handmade.
