14 days to return

Within 14 days of receiving the order you can return an item without giving a reason, under the EU distance selling rules. The item must show no signs of wear, be complete and in its original packaging, with the certificate if there was one.

How to return an item

• within 14 days of receipt, tell us that you are returning the item: through the form on the Contacts page or by phone +372 5660 5859; state the order number and which items you are returning;
• we will reply with the return address in Tallinn;
• send the parcel within 14 days of your message, preferably by registered mail with a tracking number;
• the return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Refund

We refund the price of the item and the cost of the original delivery at the standard rate within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel, by the same payment method. If you return only part of the order, the delivery cost is not refunded.

What cannot be returned

• items made to order: with engraving, in a non-standard size or to your individual design;
• items with signs of wear or damage that did not exist at delivery;
• prayer notes and donations: they are not goods; a prayer note that has not yet been handed to the monastery can be cancelled, write to us.

If the item is defective or damaged

If the item arrived damaged or you found a defect, write to us with a photo. We will replace the item, repair it or refund the money, and in this case we pay for the shipping both ways. A claim about a defect that existed at delivery can be made within two years of receiving the item.

Silver

925 sterling silver darkens over time, and that is normal, not a defect. How to clean silver and choose a ring size is described on the Silver care page.
