Seller

The seller in the Andija shop is the NIKA association of the disabled (Invaliidide Assotsiatsioon NIKA), registration number 80307400, Ahtri 10a, Tallinn, Estonia, phone +372 5660 5859. Contacts and the message form are on the Contacts page. These terms apply to purchases of items in the shop on andija.com. Prayer notes and donations are governed by the prayer notes terms, pilgrimages by the terms of participation in trips.

Items

The shop sells icons, crosses, rings, pendants, books, candles and gift sets. For each item we state where it was consecrated and, if known, the workshop. Many items are handmade, so the colour, the shade of the silver and small details may differ slightly from the photo. The sizes and weight in the description are approximate.

Order

Choose an item, a size if needed, and add it to the cart. At checkout enter the delivery address and contacts, choose the payment method and confirm that you agree with these terms. The contract is concluded when you receive the email confirming the order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will write to you and offer a replacement or refund the money in full.

Items made to order (engraving, a non-standard size) are agreed with you separately: we state the price and the lead time before payment.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros. The final amount with delivery is shown at checkout before payment. You can pay by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), via online banking or PayPal. The order is processed after the payment is received. We do not see or store your card details: the payment is made on the side of the payment provider.

Delivery

We ship from Tallinn by registered mail with a tracking number within 1-3 working days after payment. Delivery anywhere in Europe, including the United Kingdom, costs 14 €; to the USA, Canada and other countries 17 €. Delivery time: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland 2-7 working days, other EU countries 3-10, the United Kingdom and other European countries 5-20, the USA and Canada 5-20, other countries 10-21. UPS express delivery is available on request for an extra charge. We do not ship to Russia or Ukraine.

When shipping outside the EU, the duties and taxes of the recipient's country are paid by the recipient. The risk of loss passes to you when you receive the parcel. If a parcel is lost on the way, we will send the item again or refund the money.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without giving a reason. The procedure, the exceptions and the refund are described on the Returns and warranty page.

Warranty and defects

Under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act you can make a claim about a defect that existed when the item was delivered within two years of receiving it. Write to us with a photo: we will repair or replace the item or refund the money, and in this case we pay for the shipping. Personal data

We process the data from the order only to fulfil it and as required by law. The details are in the privacy policy.

Disputes

If something has gone wrong, write to us first: we will try to resolve everything by agreement. If we cannot agree, a consumer can apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee of Estonia (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, www.ttja.ee) free of charge, or to the court. Estonian law applies to these terms; this does not take away the protection that the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.
