Description
The Guardian Angel is shown with a halo and wings, holding a cross and a sword. Orthodox Christians believe a Guardian Angel is given to every person at baptism and protects them for life, so this icon is a favourite christening and birthday gift.
The 13 x 18 cm icon is handmade on natural wood, with the image plated in 999 silver. It comes with 12 postcards of famous icons, among them Andrei Rublev's Trinity, the Vladimir Mother of God and the Miracle of St George and the Dragon, captioned in Russian, English, German, French and Japanese.
The set is made to order for Andcross.
