Description
The Holy Trinity is shown as three Angels at a table, as in the icon by St Andrei Rublev. The image conveys the unity of the three Persons of God without depicting God directly, and invites quiet prayer.
The icon measures 13 x 18 cm. The set includes 12 postcards of icons, among them the Archangel Gabriel and the Kazan Mother of God, showing how icon painting grew from the Byzantine era to independent schools. Packed in a gift box.
The base is natural wood with 999 silver plating. Handmade. A gift for Trinity Sunday, a baptism or a special date.
