Description
Devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary is widespread in the Catholic Church; the image speaks of the Virgin Mary's love for God and for people, of her joys and her sorrows. Her heart is often shown pierced by a sword and surrounded by flowers.
The icon measures 13 x 18 cm and suits a shelf, a prayer corner or a desk. It is a meaningful gift for family and friends on feast days and anniversaries.
The base is MDF, with 999 silver applied by physical vapour deposition (PVD). Handmade. Wipe the icon with a dry soft cloth, without water.
