Description

The Kazan icon of the Mother of God was found in the city of Kazan in 1579, after its place was revealed in a dream to a little girl. It is one of the most loved images of the Theotokos and a traditional gift for a baptism or a wedding.

The set contains the 6.4 x 5 cm icon, 12 candles of natural beeswax, 19.5 x 0.8 cm, and a prayer book in Russian. The small icon needs little room on a shelf or a bedside table.

The icon base is MDF with 999 silver plating. The set suits a home prayer corner and makes a caring gift for family and friends.
