Description
The Jesus Prayer is engraved around the band in Church Slavonic: "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner." Rings of this kind have long been worn in monasteries, where the prayer is repeated throughout the day.
The band is 7 mm wide and weighs 3.2 to 4.1 g depending on the size. Available in US sizes 6 1/2, 7 1/4, 7 3/4, 8 1/2, 9 1/4, 9 3/4, 10 1/4, 10 3/4, 11 1/4, 11 3/4, 12, 12 1/2 and 13; choose your size when ordering.
Blessed on particles of the relics of St George the Victorious. Over time the 925 sterling silver darkens in the engraved letters, so the prayer reads more clearly.
