Description
Both sides of the cross are decorated. The front shows the Crucifixion of our Lord Jesus Christ with IC XC and NIKA; the back shows the Mother of God with the Archangels Michael and Gabriel. Gabriel brought the good news of the Annunciation to the Virgin Mary, and Michael leads the heavenly host.
Size 23 x 48 mm, weight about 9 g. A medium size that is noticeable yet light enough for daily wear. A good choice for a man. It hangs on a chain or a cord.
925 sterling silver, blessed on particles of the relics of St George the Victorious. Over time the silver darkens in the recesses, which brings out the relief.
