Description
The Great Martyr George, a soldier who died for Christ, is shown on horseback slaying the dragon with his spear. He is honoured as the patron of soldiers, and his icon is a classic name-day gift for anyone called George.
The 6.4 x 5 cm icon sits on a shelf or a desk and goes along on journeys and business trips. It is supplied in a gift box.
The image is screen-printed on a special alloy base with 999 silver plating applied by physical vapour deposition (PVD). Wipe the icon with a dry soft cloth.

I very much like this icon, like all the others I bought in this shop. Many of them were presents for family and friends.
