Description
St Matrona of Moscow, blind from birth, spent her life praying for the many people who came to her and reposed in 1952. Her relics rest in the Intercession Convent in Moscow, visited by thousands of pilgrims every day.
The icon measures 8 x 11 cm. It is set in a frame with glass and comes in a gift box; it is often given to women and placed on a shelf or in an icon corner.
The base is MDF, with 999 silver applied by physical vapour deposition (PVD), combining silver and gold in the cover. Handmade. Wipe the glass with a dry soft cloth.
