Description
The main icon shows the holy Great Martyr Mina (Menas), an Egyptian soldier in the Roman army who died a martyr for Christ in the early 4th century. He is venerated as a wonderworker, and Christians ask his help when looking for something lost. The two small icons are the Vladimir Mother of God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
The main icon is 13 x 18 cm, the small ones 6.4 x 5 cm each. In its gift box the set is a meaningful present for someone named Mina or Menas, or for a feast day.
The base is MDF with 999 silver applied by physical vapour deposition (PVD), a coating that resists tarnishing. The images follow Byzantine originals. Handmade.
