Description

St Nicholas is called the Wonderworker for the many miracles worked through his prayers. He lived in the 4th century, was Bishop of Myra and is remembered for his generous almsgiving and firm faith. Christians turn to him in any trouble, on journeys and for their children.

The set holds the 13 x 18 cm icon, a box of 12 wax candles, 195 x 8 mm, with the saint's image and the prayer "Save and protect", a ceramic holder, 70 x 45 mm, and a prayer book with the Akathist to St Nicholas: everything for prayer at home in one box.

The icon is on an MDF base, with 999 silver applied by physical vapour deposition (PVD). A dry soft cloth is all the cover needs.
