Description
St Nicholas, Archbishop of Myra in Lycia, lived in the 4th century. He is loved as a quick helper and the patron of travellers, sailors and children, and his feasts are kept in December and May.
At 13 x 18 cm the icon suits a home icon corner, a shelf or a desk. It is packed in a gift box, a natural present for a name day or a housewarming.
The base is MDF, with 999 silver applied by physical vapour deposition (PVD); the image follows a Byzantine icon. Handmade. Wipe the cover with a dry soft cloth.
