Description

St Spyridon, Bishop of Trimythous, took part in the First Ecumenical Council and is known for his simple faith and his miracles. His relics rest on the island of Corfu, and Orthodox Christians ask his help with a home, work and provision for the family.

The set holds the 13 x 18 cm icon and 12 wax candles, 195 x 8 mm, for prayer at home, each with the prayer "Save and protect". It comes in a gift box, ready for a housewarming or a name day.

The icon is made by hand on an MDF base; the 999 silver is applied by physical vapour deposition (PVD), and the image keeps the traditional colours of icon painting. Wipe the cover with a dry soft cloth.
