Description
St Spyridon of Trimythous, a 4th-century bishop in Cyprus, was known for his meekness and many miracles; his relics rest on the island of Corfu. His icon is kept at home to ask his help in the matters of daily life.
The icon measures 13 x 18 cm. It comes with 12 postcards of famous icons, from the Archangel Gabriel to the Vladimir Mother of God, tracing the history of icon painting from Byzantine models to the Moscow school. The set is packed in a gift box.
The base is wood with a 999 silver coating. Handmade. Wipe the icon with a dry soft cloth.
