Before the Scheduled Operation

The Story of Lia Papiashvili · Tbilisi, Georgia

Following an examination, doctors discovered a breast tumour.

The oncologist insisted that surgery be carried out as soon as possible.

On the advice of those close to me, I first decided to visit Samtavro Monastery.

At the resting place of Saint Gabriel Urgebadze, I prayed to the Lord for a long time.

Mother Paraskeva blessed me and anointed me with the blessed oil.

A subsequent examination showed that the earlier abnormalities could no longer be found.

For me, this was a great mercy from God.

I give all glory for what happened to the Lord and thank Saint Gabriel as an intercessor and advocate before Him.
