When the Illness Receded

The Story of Koba Dvali · Tbilisi, Georgia

For many years, I suffered from chronic conjunctivitis.

I sought medical help in both Moscow and Tbilisi, but I was told that the condition was difficult to treat.

I then began praying to the Lord through the prayers of Saint Gabriel Urgebadze.

After receiving oil blessed at the saint’s resting place, I reverently anointed my affected eyelids.

Within a few days, I felt noticeable relief.

The illness ceased to trouble me.

Two years have now passed, and with gratitude to the Lord I continue to live without my former suffering.

“Every good thing comes to a person through the mercy of God.”
