Description
An old-style cross decorated on both sides. The front shows the Holy Face of the Saviour Not Made by Hands and St Nicholas the Wonderworker, with the letters IC XC. The back carries Archangel Michael and a prayer to the saint. The Archangel is venerated as the leader of the heavenly host and a protector against evil.
It measures 17 x 29 mm and weighs about 6.3 g. A small, light cross that is easy to wear every day under clothing, on a chain or a cord.
Blessed on particles of the relics of St George the Victorious. The 925 sterling silver slowly darkens in the recesses, so the design reads more clearly with time.
