Description
The cross is richly decorated on both sides. At the centre is the Crucifixion of Christ, together with the Mother of God, the Great Martyr George the Victorious and the Archangels Michael and Gabriel: the Protectress of Christians, a warrior saint and the leaders of the heavenly host on one cross.
A large, noticeable cross. Weight about 15 g, size 33 x 64 mm including the loop. It hangs on a chain or a cord.
925 sterling silver, blessed on particles of the relics of St George the Victorious. Over time the silver darkens in the recesses, which brings out the relief.
