Description
A small set for daily prayer: an icon of St Gabriel (Urgebadze), an Orthodox prayer book in Russian (447 pages, Tbilisi, 2022) and a 55 x 205 mm bookmark with St Spyridon of Trimythous, whose help people ask in everyday matters.
The Georgian Church canonised St Gabriel (Urgebadze) in 2012, seventeen years after his repose in 1995. His relics are kept at Samtavro monastery in Mtskheta, and people pray to him for health, for healing and for their families.
The icon is 65 x 100 mm and 7 mm thick, for a prayer corner or to carry with you. The prayer book measures 75 x 103 mm. The set is blessed at Samtavro monastery and suits a baptism, a name day or Christmas.
