Description
St John the Baptist preached repentance and baptised Jesus Christ in the river Jordan. The Church calls him the last prophet of the Old Testament and the Forerunner, who prepared the people to meet the Saviour. The two small icons are the Vladimir Mother of God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
The main icon is 13 x 18 cm and the small ones 6.4 x 5 cm each. The set comes in a handmade gift box, a present for a baptism or for someone named John.
The base is natural wood and MDF, with 999 silver applied by physical vapour deposition (PVD). Handmade.
